Commissioner Dave Richard's proposed cost saving plan for the Forsyth County Government is on the agenda for this Monday night. The plan, called FLIP, stands for "Forsyth Loves Improved Processes".

Employees of the Forsyth County Government who suggest cost saving ideas would be eligible to receive 10% of the savings realized up to a maximum of $5,000 in a given year.

This looks like a winner for both the tax payers and the County employees with good ideas.
