Mark Sosnik's career began in 1979 as a part time hardware department sales person with Handy City, a Do it Yourself Home Improvement Company based in Atlanta. Mark always had a love for power tools and visiting the local hardware store. Warehouse Home Improvement was something new and innovative in what at the time 35,900 square feet was a large store.
Mark's vision has been quite a bit different since he decided to leave the corporate world of working with such companies as Handy City, The Hechinger Company, Lowes, Builders’ Square, Sam’s Clubs and The Home Depot.
"The way we conduct business is changing just as quickly as the technology that drives it"
"The way we conduct business is changing just as quickly as the technology that drives it. You can order products sitting at the comfort of your home and have them delivered next day by UPS and FedEx. They are so efficient you can order today and it will be at your doorstep tomorrow."
Due to extreme competitiveness the one thing that all business must be proficient in is customer service. Mark believes that if you don’t gear up to offering the best customer service to your customers then you probably won’t be around in a couple of years.
Coming this summer, Mark plans to launch USA Home Remodeling, a new concept in home improvement that adds a unique brand of customer service to existing locally owned and operated remodeling businesses. USA operates to see that their customers get the highest level of customer service possible.
You can see new ideas, products and services at our Fall home remodeling and home services event, the Cumming Home Expo. Exhibitors will include contractors, landscapers, realtors, home decor companies and home based businesses. The home is much more than wood and nails. Cumminghome Expo emphasizes the finishing touches that make a house –a “home”.
'We were pleased with the positive support and eagerness to share in the growth of our organization and community last year. We expect to have an even more exciting event this year". Sosnik Said.
