If you sustained loss or damage in one of the counties declared a federal disaster area, you may be eligible for federal and state disaster aid.

When you apply for disaster assistance, please have the following available:

* Social Security Number (including spouse)
* Address and zip code of the damaged property
* Directions to the damaged home or property
